Day 5 - Day 8 - Activities in the Village

Every year, Nyima Dolma Sundari Lama organizes one or more trips to Nepal to introduce its students as well as to those interested in Nepalese culture and some aspects of Buddhist philosophy.
The purpose of these trips is to transmit the Himalayan culture by immersing themselves in Nepalese local life.
The trip includes the discovery of sacred places in the Kathmandu Valley and a week hosted by families from a Tamang village.
In the village, you can practice in the small local temple, the spiritual and secret art of Tsatsa, to discover the splendor of nature, enjoy wellness activities with sound care singing bowl, meditation, and taichi ...
The group will consist of about 7 people allowing a greater proximity with the local population.
Charitable activities will also be carried out in the village, for which it will be particularly recommended to bring supplies for the education of children.
